The actual studio is incredibly clean and well-kept. Sally was such a great instructor - so many form cues and hands-on adjustments (even with an almost full class), great flow of movements and class overall, and the music was awesome. I’ve never taken a bad class at Studio Lagree.

Jeffrey taught an awesome and very hard class, I left so sweaty it looked like I had been running in the heat. Would recommend anyone in the Toronto area!

I really liked the instructor. It was my first time but she tried really hard to make sure I understood and didn't feel too intimidated. The workout was low impact but really intense. Loved it!
One of the most challenging and effective workouts I have ever done. It never gets easier.
I truly love Studio Lagree, it is one of my favorite types of workouts. I love that it is low impact yet I am more sore from Lagree than any other workout. The instructors are always so good at explaining the moves and have great playlists to accompany the moves and keep me motivated. I am never bored in this class!
