Studio Lagree is one of my favorite workout classes. the instructors are great and its a powerful low intensity workout that leaves me sore (the good kind) every time. Though it is challenging, I feel every class.

Have recommended and brought people along to this class many times! Love this class. I like how it's up to you sometimes to decide how hard or not you will go (ie if you will take a quick rest) but also the instructors push you to do your best. Tara is super sweet and encouraging and Jeffery's classes are always tough but in the best way possible. He also makes sure everyone has proper form too.

They’re affecting change. And the two day soreness afterwards too. But! The more you do them the more results you see and that’s the key!

I always have a great experience at Studio Lagree. Alison is my favourite instructor by far. There's something unique about the flow of her workouts that I don't find with other instructors.
