Some instructors have an intersting take on form with squats, but I feel free to modify things on my own. All the instructors are very helpful in answering my questions.

-Instructors are personable. They asked at the beginning of the class if anyone has an injury or health issues. They suggest ways to modify the work out to make them easier or harder. During the class they model for students and also walk around to monitor. At the end of the class they will model and walk students to stretch and cool down. They also are willing to answer questions and take feedback once the class is over.
-Receptionist our friendly . They get to know the students names and or personable.
