I have so enjoyed my yoga classes at The Point Loma Studio. This studio offers such a wide variety of classes and the fact that it has three Studios allows me too deep in my practice and take back-to-back classes. I love all the teachers some of my favorites are Susie and Billy, Hailey, Scott, Chelsea, and Marie. I wish they offered Hot Yoga more often but otherwise the schedule is quite good.

Tabu is absolutely amazing! He is so energetic, kind, and keeps his classes engaged! Love him!

Love Core Power Yoga. Best yoga ever and my favorite place to practice is Point Loma with Beth and Amy and Andre!!!
I loved it. I just think the classes are too packed sometimes and it deters from the experience. Especially when the cost is so high monthly. It should feel more like an oasis and less like fighting for your spot.
Everybody was super nice and very welcoming during my first visit. I loved that they even asked how I liked it at the end of the session.

It's a very nice place to practice yoga. Instructors really care about their students, the facilities are clean and the changing area is big with great showers. A first class experience.

My main motivation was to take a class with my favorite sculpt instructor Kate T. I drove all the way from Poway to be there and she was worth the trip!
It was my first time in the Point Loma studio. The locker rooms were cramp, but three studios made up for that.

I like many of the instructors at point Loma as they are well trained and provide a full mind & body workout in sculpt. It also appears that the instructors take more control of their class and do not allow the students to leave or enter whenever and most of the students are quiet in the space before and after clas; even though it's hovers energy and a sculpt class. It would be Great if all the teachers at other studios (especially mission Valley) could remind the students tone respectful of the classes and the space around them before and after clAss. When I first started core power this never an issue. I also like how point Loma has plenty of parking and 3 studios. It is always clean and supplies in ladies room and towels are always stocked . ( The Mission Valley studio tonight had no towels and last week the Pacific beach studio had no toilet paper before or after class ). I bounce between studios depending on my work schedule, but I do love point Loma and it's one of the nicest in my experience.
