constructive feedback - sculpt classes - too many of the teachers keep the heat on and don't open the door. I would rather turn the heat off, open the door, and work us harder. I want my muscles to be challenged, not my heat capacity or my oxygen deprivation capacity.

I have been to 4 classes at the Point Loma studio and so far I love it. All of the instructors have been pushed me to my limits and encouraged me to preserve. I have left every class feeling empowered and much better than when i first stepped on my mat. I love how challenging yet restoring the classes have been and I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in trying yoga.

Facilities was spacious in the studios. The men's locker room a bit small. The teacher was very good and she was smooth in her transitions made it an easy flow to class for me.. thanks

I just love taking Forest's C2 Class on Thursday evening. I am a CPY devotee so I have nothing but positive things to say about CPY PL. It was the first CPY studio I attended and continue to return to after all these years. Love to all!

Core Power Point Loma is a fantastic yoga studio. I love the three different rooms, multiple class options, and fun yet challenging instructors. Beth, Jenny Dr, Tabu and more are fabulous and Forrest is a fabulous studio manager.

Variety of classes, many times a day. Some of the best teachers in the core power San Diego system teach here. Multiple studios make it easy to get to a class.
