Very soulful teacher, who taught a terrific class that fed the mind, body, and soul.

One suggestion: maybe work on the men's locker room a bit. Hard to say exactly what it is, but compared to all the CPy studios I've been to, something seems a little off.

Great studio and teachers! I typically go to the Pacific Beach location but often visit Point Loma and am never dissapointed to make the drive over.

HPF evening classes at Pt Loma

some HPF teachers are very very good: Kayli, First name removed, Billy La Grange.

Some are not as good. It's a matter of preference, but I like the above teachers because they set a consistently meditative atmosphere using excellent music, steady rhythm and timing, and they speak about specific muscles on certain poses. Others are not consistent in music or mess up the sequence, or just talk too much.

There seems to be a lot of turnover and schedule changes and it's a bummer when a teacher I like is no longer there.
