Great customer service and casual, laid back atmosphere! Emily was a great trainer! She was patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable even though I had never done pilates before.
I love how every class is always a challenge and how the instructors are motivating throughout the entire class! The upbeat music really makes the class have such a positive atmosphere and makes the class so enjoyable! I am so glad I found Studio 6 it is the best workout!
The workout was great but you really need an intro class. I couldn't understand a word the teacher said.

It was a friendly, welcoming environment. The instructor was extremely thorough in showing me how the reformer worked and how to modify things to be careful of an injury.
The class was challenging and kept my heart rate up and the movements were well paced and easy to follow.
Instructor very helpful as this was my first time ever to do Pilates. Seemed like studio had a great layout w all the machines in the room.

I thought the class was great and the instructor was very nice and helpful.
I feel like Studio 6 gives an amazing full body work out with results I can instantly see. My only suggestion (especially in the new year with lots of new comers) please remind your instructors to demonstrate every move (maybe even 2 times!). I'm a visual learner and the format of the class with all of the spoken instructions gets a bit wordy and confusing. It's so much better when the instructor just demonstrates the move at the front of the class.

When the weather was bad classes where not cancelled. So I paid a penalty. I do like your studio and if you had barre classes that working womx could take I would be all in.

I love that it's a total body work-out that is low impact and truly works the stability muscles that are not triggered in any other work-out I have done. I also enjoy the fact that there are modifications for every level - and age - that do not negate the benefit!

Instructors are all wonderful. They're attentive without being overbearing, friendly and encouraging. I always feel like I get a great full-body workout. Also really like that classes always start and end on time.
