I am new to this kind of workout (only done reformers once before) - I felt very comfortable with the instructor and not at all insecure about being new to the machine and different moves.

The owner of the studio is so kind! We encountered a mishap with registration, and too many members were signed up for a class. As a class pass visitor I offered to attend another class, but she stepped up and offered me six free classes for the trouble. Customer service goes a long way!

The instructors and the workout!
I'm in good shape and very familiar with yoga and pilates. However, I hurt my back a few months ago and I'm not at full speed yet. It would have been very helpful if the instructor gave modifications when she saw I was struggling. I had to stop frequently because I didn't know how to modify. I would also never send some of my friends that are beginners here for that reason.
Staff were very helpful and informative. The pricing is reasonable and affordable, especially for those on a tight budget. I felt thoroughly “exercised” exactly as I was informed.
I do wish the Lakewood and Dallas locations had more week-day “Lite” classes. In fact the Lakewood location does not yet have any “Lite” offerings yet as they are newly opened.

Clean facility, nice and friendly teachers, and I don't know if there's a harder/deeper muscle workout in DFW.

Very hands on. Instructors very friendly and help guide you if you are confused or don’t have proper form. I also really like the size of the studio Bc it makes it feel more personal without an insane amount of other people.
Awesome total body work out. All of the instructors are great. Plenty of class times to choose from.
Add some guided stretching at the end. Or maybe include some instruction on how to change the resistance if something is too hard for us newbies
Great instructors, good workouts
I’m from out of town and can not justify $40 for single bookings. I’ve purchased a multi pack in the past but was not able to use them within the time frame so I ended up not benefiting from the bundle price. I come to dallas every other month or so.
