It was my first time and I was very nervous. Heather and the staff made me feel at ease. The workout was just right for me. There was no pressure, and Heather was able to check on me and everyone else to make sure we were on point. She was very thorough and explained which muscle groups we should be working. I took the Mega Light and I would like to continue. My goal is to eventually move up to the regular class. Thanks for the class!
I had never done machine Pilates before but Catherine was amazing. I was intimidated going in but she put me right at ease and made me feel comfortable.
the machines are a bit older and the covers need to be replaced on some.

The instructors are great, the Preston Hollow location is convenient, and the studio and Megaformers are always clean.
I like the intense workouts and the ease of scheduling.
I’m not sure this is the right type of fitness program for me. I like a little more of a high-impact workout. Just as a note, it was difficult to hear the instructor over the music.
I love the classes and I can already see results!

The instructor I had, Ashley, was really helpful throughout the class and made my first time trying pilates go a lot smoother. The class was hard but also a good hard and really worked my muscles.

Love the workout and numerous class times. Great workout for your core, abs, legs and arms. Instructors are great! One question, where is Anna for the Wednesday 2:00 class at Preston Hollow? I loved her class and miss not having her teach.
My first time doing Pilates ever , the instructor was very knowledgeable and guided me through the poses . I had Ashley as my instructor and she was great ! Will definetly be back.
