Excellent instructors, accommodating schedules and motivating and strong workouts
Melanie S -my favorite instructor at Studio6. Calming voice, yet challenging direction. Fairly new to Pilates, & have experienced new types of soreness-which is great And stretchfit class almost feels spiritual, and does what we men really don’t spend enough time doing-stretching, lengthening muscles. I’ve recommended to my friends. And I’ll be back

The instructors are great!
I think more attention to form and more explanations on what muscles to be targeting, while how to use the right muscles to support that targeting, is important. The classes are a bit large to move so fast but I trust that your instructors are vigilant for safety.
It challenging and different from my normal workout routine. Tom is really easy to understand with the terminology and examples! Conveniently located by my work but only downfall is the price point compared to other studios.
Class was great, instructor was great. Pretty hard but will be back. Only way to get better.
