Different yet challenging workout.
Outstanding customer service.
It was my first time at the studio except for an open house at the opening. Also it was the first time I had done pilates in several years. I told the girl at the front desk and she was very helpful and I was signed up for the Lite class. I introduced myself to the instructor before the class started and she was very nice and told me not to over do it, etc etc. The instructor while a very good and enthusiastic teacher, did not assist me much. The woman next to me helped me 3 x with the equipment (setting the bands for me twice, correcting me when I was using the wrong handles.) While that was nice it was also embarrassing and discouraging that she was the one that helped and that the instructor did not see that I needed assistance. It was a good class but I needed more info on the platform terminology and on which bands to use etc. I will try again and I am sure it will be easier the next time.
Individual instruction given by instructors when needed, consistency of classes (every class includes arm/leg/oblique/ab portion), great selection of clothing and other products, knowledgeable instructors that seem to really care about individuals in the class by getting to know everyone's names
What I'd like to see improved: Instructors should always articulate what an exercise should NOT be working. For example, if an exercise is meant for my glutes but I only feel it in my knees or arms, I would want to know how to fix my form. Also, less donkey kick!! I've brought many friends to class and this move doesnt seem to do much for anyone but just strains the upper body!!
Maggie and Paula were great! I was a beginner in my class and they both were very invormative. Paula helped me get signed in and explained where everything in the facility was. Maggie helped me understand the machine and what I could expect. All in all it was a great experience and I will be purchasing a membership!
My intro class was difficult and I'm relatively in shape. I wouldn't recommend going to a class -- unless it were one of the "Lite" -- classes if you're not already somewhat in shape.

The efficiency of the work out. Always prefer more abs and arms and barre classes.
The classes are very effective, the instructors are friendly and enthusiastic. Any questions I have are answered or acknowledged quickly.
I wish the class was not taught like a weight lifting session. It had no flow.

I love the full body 50-minute workout. I put on weight in 2015 after losing two pregnancies and my confidence was very low. Studio 6 has healed my mind and body :)
