Instructor could barely be heard above the music. More emphasis needs to be made to move students from one exercise to another. Instructor assumed all students were familiar with routine. I enjoyed the class and know the exercise was good and beneficial, but with a group class, effort needs to be made to guide the class together.
Maybe I am simply too familiar with bikram yoga and the group moving through the exercises together.
I'm so thankful that the machines are available in a large class.
The staff has always been warm and helpful.
My only wish would be for a class that is a bit slower paced for those of us who are older- coming back from an injury- or simply need to take a very concentrative approach with our form
and the mind body connection.
Personally I stopped taking the class because I was concerned about re-injuring myself.🙁

AWESOME CLASS!
I LOVE the class but find the instructors not to be warm unless you are a regular. This is consistent with past experiences at the studio. Today I called because I was running late and again the interaction was not welcoming. I was 5 minutes away and opted not to go based on the call.

Love the flexibility pf schedule and the excellent instructors. Love the prompt start times and the full 50 minute workout. Love the variety of the routine each class. Love the challenge of the moves each class.
I think you need a true beginners class. I had NO idea what I was doing and my form was awful. I knew nothing about the machines or what to expect. But the class exercises were definitely great and I can feel the soreness days after which is always a good feeling.

Loved th instructor Laurie, she was incredible at making me feel comfortable and excited about being there my first time. I’d never done Pilates until that time and the experience was so great I’ll definitely be coming back.
Excellent instructors, class times, clean facilities
I’ve been coming to Studio 6 for about six months. I absolutely LOVE the workout. Unfortunately, I am consistently surprised at how unfriendly the studio is. Often I walk in and no one even looks up to acknowledge that someone came through the door. The same happens when I leave.
Kerry was a great teacher, really nice, friendly. Class was upbeat, challenging, and fun!
Location and small classes
I am a Class Pass member , and I have been to several Pilates studios. I prefer the mega reformer to other machines, and while the machines are similar, instructors are not the same. I have attended classes at your Plano location with 3 different instructors ( Tom being my favorite if you held a gun to my head) , but they were all amazing! The staff is super friendly, welcoming , and encouraging, but
will make you curse their name the next day because you are so sore! No pain, no gain! They deliver a challenging class that provides quick results. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a transformation at any fitness level!
