From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. Haylee, the instructor was so great that she assisted me along the way since she knew it was my first time there, however her class was perfect for a Lite class but still challenging that I felt every move intensely.
I was so focused and present in every exercise I was doing that by the time I knew it the class was over. My name is First name removed and I’m a Megaformer Addict! 😀

Instructor was great
Challenging, fun classes with upbeat music & great instructors. Workout can be tailored to all levels. Lots of class option times. Not a lot of studios have a 2:00 pm option which was what originally first brought me to Studio 6 because that is a great time for me.
I’m loving the classes, especially that they are go at your own pace. I don’t ever feel pressured like I do at barre method.
Catherine ensures there are modifications to the moves. Luv that! She's awesome!!
The instructor was running late and the springs were really stiff and hard to change out on the megaformer without pinching my fingers. It wasn't a bad experience, I just prefer another pilates studio that I usually do.
The instructor walked me through using the equipment and helped me throughout the workout. The workout itself was great! The exercises were well timed and I could and still can feel the benefits.
Staff is super friendly, very informative, and always correct your form if you’re doing something wrong! They are very encouraging and I like that with new clients they always check in with them and ask what they thought about the class.

I love the workout, it is low impact with big results. I felt stronger after a few classes. I really like how clean the facility is too.
The class was challenging and the instructor was very helpful for my first time there.
In less than 6 months the transformation in my strength, tone and energy is beyond any experience I’ve ever had, at any workout facility in Dallas, (that includes private trainers and the premiere clubs). Unlike other studios, booking classes at short notice is almost always available and the locations are super convenient.
