I like your trainers and their attention to form. I would continue my subscription to your unlimited plan if you actually offered yoga and barre classes in the evenings. The lack of class variety changes my appetite.
The class was so challenging, but every movement was felt and my body responded so well to all of the stretches and exercises.

Everyone was super friendly - staff & clients! After teaching & taking only Pure Barre for almost 3 years, it was nice to be a new client. I had forgotten how humbling that experience can be! Risa did an awesome job giving me the run down of the equipment & corrections during class (love that!). I was a bit confused by the counts & the slowness, but I'm sure that will come with experience. The class was challenging & it was a "lite" version. I can't wait to try the regular version. I LOVED the megaformer & look forward to becoming more familiar with it & the moves. I was definitely sore...in a good way!
I love that the workout leaves my core shaking. The workout exhausts all my muscles and I feel stronger. Sarah is a wonderful instructor!!!! Sarah is friendly and so helpful.

I really like the actual class and feel stronger and more toned after taking a class. One thing I think could be improved is the "volume" or "tempo" of the class. Pilates is supposed to be slow movement but when you have the instructor yelling "pumped up" or "encouragement" for the ENTIRE class your movements start to become faster. Some of the instructors sound a lot more like they should be teaching a high pace spin class than a pilates class. But there are some who do it just right! The class can just be hit or miss a bit based on instructors.

Wouldn't recommend to just anyone not because of staff or the way the gym is managed, but simply bc I'm not sure the megaformer is for everyone. I think it serves ppl w a fair amount of past fitness experience (Mat Pilates, yoga, strength training) better than those w/o that background.

My daughter and I loved our first class! Bethany at the Preston Hollow location gave us a great workout and made sure to give us instructions before and during the class. She also talked to us after class. We will be back!!
