Love the music, love the class! Perfect workout.
The instructor gave poor instructions which resulted in an unorganized class. More than half of class was lost or unsure of how to get into the next position.
I like how friendly the staff is and how its always a great workout that challenges you!
Teacher talked so so so much that I couldn't even hear the music. I wish we would have demonstrated moves and gave new students a proper introduction rather than describing her personality to us.

Instructors are very helpful and hands on. If they see you struggling, they will walk over and show you how to do the movement correctly. I recently took a class taught by Catherine and she was extremely welcoming. She introduced herself to me since I’m new and she hadn’t seen me before. Throughout, the class she walked by and helped show me how to do certain movements correctly. Classes are challenging but good for all levels. Every time I go I walk out feeling stronger.

First class was wonderful, they were so accommodating to it being my first time. And it was a fantastic work out.

Friendly staff. Made sure I felt welcome during my first visit! Maggie was great - made sure to keep checking in on me during class and correcting my form or giving me pointers throughout. Looking forward to my next class already!

Best pilates studios I have been to. Best equipment and best instructors. I have taken classes in California in a couple of studios and they do not even come close. I would definitely recommend to anyone that would love to get fit, toned and reshape their body and have fun while doing it!
Best full body, high intensity, low impact exercise that will increase your strength and change your body. Best exercise activity to strengthen the core!! Friendly studio with the best trainers!

The instructor, Cindy, was extremely welcoming and helpful! She took time before class to point out the different features of the reformer. Her explanations of each of the moves throughout the class made it much easier for someone new, such as myself, to understand and follow. It was a fun and encouraging environment and a great workout!
The teacher definitely struggled with her queing of poses. Before we would move to the next exercise she didn't do a very good job of letting people know they should still say in the current pose for another 4 count or whatever the count was. It was very confusing and others seemed to be struggling with her direction as well.
Always a tough class, but you feel so accomplished afterwards. Always friendly instructors that are encouraging yet motivating too. Love the results I have been seeing as well from going over the past year or so!
Aside from the workout I get, what I like most is how friendly the staff is. From Elizabeth to the trainers to the front desk staff, I keep coming back because of the friendly and welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

The instructors at Studio 6 Fitness are all excellent. The facility is spotless. The megaformers are in good condition and the front desk staff is friendly. I have been going 2-4x week for 4 years. Never once have I had a bad experience. First name removed M
I absolutely enjoy the Lagree Reformer and so happy that the PH studio is local with early morning classes around the clock. The trainers are amazing and engaging. I love it!
