The workout always challenges me and the trainers a top notch!
I love just how fit and strong I feel the next day after the workout. The staff is always so friendly to everyone, and Studio6 has really helped me out with figure skating and finding a faster snap to my jumps.

You offer multiple classes during the day which fits my non-traditional schedule, and all classes can fit all levels. I feel comfortable introducing friends to Pilates: I can still have a challenging workout alongside them in a Mega Lite class.

I am older and it certainly is beneficial to keep your body strong and help with all that goes with the aging process. If more people, young and old did this, along with with a healthy diet, we would not have all the health issues we currently are dealing with.

Convenience
I like some instructors over others. Not all seem 'plugged' in to the class, or engaged as it relates to interacting with the class, and suggesting/helping each individual.
I do love the new location at Lakewood - and all of my instructors there have been great!
Still the hardest pilates workout I have done...every time.

Love the classes! If you want to really change the shape of your body then Studio 6 is the way to do it. It will not happen overnight but if you stick with it and attend 3-4 classes a week you will see improvement. I tried for years to change the shape of my legs and get great abs and after 2 1/2 years of Studio 6 I have achieved amazing results. The classes are challenging and the instructors are great. I suggest really getting to know the megaformer and what it can do for you so that you do the exercises properly and slowly to build long, lean muscles. They offer so many different class times that you really have no excuse not to try it!
