Tom Edgar was great! He made the class fun, but challenging. Studio was bright and clean. Loved the apparel in the front. Alot of class options on the schedule, which I look forward to taking after I graduate from Lite. The studio being on classpass is also a plus. Gives me the flexibility I'm looking for. I do different types of workouts (e.g. cycle, yoga). There are other megaformer studios but this studio is probably by far the best because of the consistent teaching style. I've taken classes from Heather at different studio (...she's awesome!!!). I was comfortable taking Tom's class because he teaches the same as Heather. I'm sure the same applies to other instructors at Studio 6. At other megaformer studios, I'm terrified to take classes from some instructors because the way they teach the class and their styles are so different. I look forward to my next class at Studio 6. Thank you for providing such a great experience.

Awesome class and work out!
I live in Boca and do Lagree. I found this studio in Dallas while in town for business. The studios are clean, very spacious and great instructors. Lots of class times to work around my schedule. Great to be able to keep my shake going on when I travel. Will definitely return.
So far I have had an excellent experience!! I really appreciated Austin’s class yesterday morning. He did a fabulous job demonstrating using the reformer and gave individual help. This was so important for me as it was only my second class and I do not know the terminology or techniques yet. Austin is an excellent instructor.
This was my first visit to Studio 6 and my first Pilates class. I really enjoyed it! Even though it was harder for me and I did have to make some accommodations, Jasmine was very helpful in making sure I knew how to make slight changes to assist me in keeping up with the class. Jasmine was an excellent teacher, was very encouraging, and did a wonderful job as our coach for the class. I hope to come back again!

Always a fun and challenging class
I love that this studio offers “lite” classes for beginners! I also love that each class is challenging and can be tailored to work for any level.
I like the work out - it's different than traditional pilates which I still do and have done for years.
But for my friends, I would say this work out would be too hard.
I had one class that was so hard that I injured myself - pulled my hip flexor and had to use a heating pad and ice for 3 days.
Here's my suggestion for improvement: The instructors should say to the class that springs are not one size fits all - it depends on your fitness level and strength. I would suggest that they give out two suggestions on springs where applicable - ie, "for those of you who want more of a challenge use ____ spring/s. For those of you who are new or building your strength try ____ spring/s. Otherwise I think you are going to see a lot of injuries and frustration with new clients.

I loved how clean the studio was and how hands on the instructor was.
I was able to challenge myself in a workout that was different from the ones I normally do and would love to incorporate Studio6 into my workout routine more regularly.
Everyone is so encouraging and the workouts aren't repetitive!
