Amazing instructors!!
Very clean, like-new equipment, lots of class choices, excellent instructors.
Everyone was nice when I walked in, the workout was great, Michael, the instructor, was very helpful good about correcting form.

Seemingly limitless opportunities to attend classes that always fit into my hectic schedule. The classes are my addiction as the workout is always strenuous and challenging. The workout builds significant strength in all 6 major areas of my body and has helped me tremendously in other aspects of my active lifestyle.
Love the workouts! Only feedback is that it would be nice if all the trainers got to the studio at least ten minutes before class start. Some of us like to get there and stretch. (6am classes)
Some of the trainers are great about this (Ana!) so this is just a heads up for others.

Best workout ever!
The equipment could use some updating : multiple machines cables aren't even and/or the carriage "skips" or doesn't move smoothly and/or the carriage padding is worn down and cracked. There is a lot of dust on the fans and ceiling. I don't know if offering additional morning classes would free up some of the earliest classes, but they are usually full and if you don't sign up for them as early as possible, you won't get in! Coaches could give a lot more instruction on proper form and tips to prevent injuries as well.
Makes exercising fun and relaxing while working out the entire body. You can feel the exercise throughout your muscles during and after the workout. It’s only 50 minutes!
Very welcoming and friendly trainer. I had no idea what I was doing, but they made me feel comfortable and get a good workout without feeling like I was totally wrong.

I try and schedule specific instructors; however, they seem to frequently change and often without notice. I sometimes cancel because there is one instructor I don’t care for, and I don’t think it’s fair that I get charged when there was no notification of an instructor change to begin with. When Plano first started, there were great instructors and that seems to be declining now.
The place is clean, I like the lighting (it makes the place look even cleaner), big mirrors, friendly front desk staff and Tom's a great instructor.
Very friendly and I felt very comfortable not knowing anything about Pilates! Will definitely go back when in the country!!
