I ve heard a lot of dissatisfied people who take their RV in for repairs and it never done on time or they needed to order more parts than they expected. But I will tell you Colton kept their promise and had my RV done inside of one week like that told me they would. All parts were on hand and now I’m ready for the camping season. We highly recommend Colton RV and Marine if you’re in the market to start your next adventure. Brynna, Chuck, and Jeff were all outstanding to work with when purchasing our new Tiffin Allegro Bus. There was no pressure, we felt very at ease during negotiations and the closing process.
Rueben was extremely patient (5 hour walk-thru), entertaining all of our questions and providing excellent instruction on the use of our coach’s features.

Everyone has been super helpful and very nice to work with, Katie is fantastic, Harvey is very knowledgeable, and I enjoy speaking with him. There was one other person who helped me and tested some voltage as I was leaving - I can't remember his name right now but he was very helpful as well.
We love the Lake Avenue Service Center and Ren is the Best Service Agent the have she truly works hard to give us the best service! Her service men are the best. We have been going there since 2020 when we purchased our 2020 Tiffin Wayfarer from Colton, RV we recommend Colton, RV 100%
This is the second time we have dealt with Colton we are comfortable with them I don't think we get the pressure like you do from other dealers they also have a large inventory to see what you have and what they have that you may like also they work hard to see if they can locate something that is interested to you again I want you to know that this was a second time we went back we had a good report on the very first visit when we bought our first motorhome with them they did the same exceptional job the second time

Communications with the Service Advisor were excellent prior to our service appointment, as well as during our service appointment. Cost estimates were very accurate. She was always responsive and kept us well informed. The Technician servicing our Airstream explained all that he did and why. He also willingly did some additional troubleshooting of an issue we had been having prior to this service appointment.
When we identified one problem at pick-up, several Technicians and the lead Technician stayed several hours late to troubleshoot. This was an impressive level of commitment. The problem was remedied by the next day. Again, communications were excellent with the Service Advisor, Technician, and the Lead Technician.

Sometimes a bit of communication issues but nothing that they didn’t straighten out.
