In these days, it is nearly impossible to find what I experienced at Colton RV. I own a 2021 Class C motorhome. I needed front struts installed, and several electrical items I wanted done.
Ren was very professional, an excellent communicator, and followed up with an answer to every question I had.
The service techs performed their tasks very neatly, and installed items in a safe and proficient fashion. I could not be more pleased with my service experience if I tried! I will continue to use them in the future for any needs that come up with my Coach.

The customer service, location and services were perfect for someone who is purchasing their first camper.
After some initial issues, Harvey from the service department stepped in and talked me down off the ledge. Harvey was very calm with me while I was not so calm with him. We worked out the problems and now I am a happy camper. He made me feel like my business was important to Colton and now you not only have my business, I will advocate for you everywhere I go.

Out standing RV dealership. Great experience overall. Craig our sales person was very friendly and professional keeping us informed from the initial phone call to delivery. Craigs personal interest in our purchase was first class service during the delivery and phone follow up the next to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were home safely(12 drive) All the dealerships personnel were friendly and professional from the finance manager (Robert) to the parts and service manager. This is our second purchase from this RV dealership-would highly recommend the customer first friendly dealership.

All upgrades were completed on time.
When my wife and I returned with short notice to review the completed upgrades they took the time to pull the RV from winter storage and set it up completely for us to review, nicely done.
The only thing left to do is make the delivery to our campground site in the spring.

As usual, the service at Colton was excellent! They went above and beyond having to empty the black water tank by hand because the black water gate switch was broken and would not open....so they emptied it manually. I am very appreciative of their efforts.

I had a reoccuring problem with my Propane System that was dificult to diagnose, Ren , Sabrina, Tucker and the rest of the service team were very diligent in finding and repairing the issue .

I would like to say first and foremost the customer service. The sales representatives the finance department. Everybody is awesome from top to bottom. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients. Their customers they go above and beyond. And every which way that they can. I've bought a 41 foot raptor and Colton RV from top to bottom when above. I'm beyond to make sure everything that I wanted was met. And they went above and beyond to make sure that the unit that I bought was absolutely perfect.
We loved working with Rueben Hand! From beginning to end he was wonderful to us and took the time to speak with us and help us with our new towing system. He went above and beyond and we are happy we went with him and his team.

I accidentally scheduled an appointment at the wrong Colton location for a NYS inspection on my RV. The team here was able to get me in and were very friendly. This was a great first experience and I will definitely be back for any work I need done in the future. Thank you!

We have only been RV'ing for a little over a year and the one thing my husband and I have been consistently disappointed/upset with has been the customer service...UNTIL we came to Colton! We were in Buffalo for a Bills game and needed to have a Blue Ox tow system installed on a new vehicle we purchased to be able to tow it back to South Carolina. From the initial call through the completion of the work, we were exceedingly pleased with the customer service, communication, and simply going the extra mile for someone who is not initially a customer of Colton. Justin and the tech (I do not know his name) were absolutely wonderful and the work product was completed with such attention to detail. We will definitely have service or any additions/upgrades to our unit completed with Colton if we are in Buffalo! Keep up the great work! Eric and Meghan McHone
Good buying experience
We had a good experience at Colton RV. They picked us up from our hotel near the airport and even lent us a car for our overnight stay. We liked how they had us stay overnight and make sure everything was in working order.
