We remain customers of Terminix solely because of our technician Tim Langston. Tim is extremely knowledgeable regarding any pest issues we encounter. He’s also just a genuinely nice, kind person. Terminix keeps raising our quarterly service fee beyond what is typical for our area, so honestly, we probably would have left after the latest bump in price…but Tim does such a great job making sure we are pest-free that he alone seems worth the price.
