But I ordered a service in July 2023 and it was not delivered. Will confirmed this. After multiple phone calls when I was reassured that a refund would be approved , I asked for a refund through my credit card. I finally got a phone call from a manager who approved the refund (after almost 10 months). Not good business

Only because of your technician, and certainly not because of those who answer the phones or the person who came to do the assessment of our property. The technician was very thorough, poiite knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. The person who came to assess the property did not return a phone call, even though he gave me a business card and said to contact him if I had questions. When I got my report of the work performed via email with a link to see it, my antivirus program would not allow me to open it, so I called what I believed to be the office, however it ended up being some 800 number and neither of the two people I spoke with were helpful. One could not find our contract or account and asked several questions to search the database. The second could not take information correctly and typed it in so slowly I had to repeat myself several times before she finally got it correct. If it wasn't for your technician, who is the key person in your business, I wouldn't have given as high a score. You need to do something about the incompetent people who answer the phones.
