Communication before and after service.
I appreciate that when I call for an unscheduled service, I get it. We’ve lived in Florida for nearly 40 years, and Florida “bugs” are as repulsive to me as they were 40 years ago. We have had some ant issues over the years, and Terminix has solved that most annoying problem. One of your servicemen actually dug a fairly deep hole near a tree to destroy a nest of large black ants that were showing up on our kitchen ceiling nightly. What a relief when that ant problem ended!

I have two services -- Termite/Liquid Defense plus Exterior Pest Control. These were begun at separate times so have separate billings and due dates. I've always paid each annually (two checks, two different times). BUT I still get a snail mail bill for one application each quarter the Exterior Pest Control is done. On line, my account also shows I owe for that one app. It's very confusing to an old person!

Terminex Service Rep who comes out to our home is amazing. We have had little to no issues with pests and the service technician is an amazing guy. Really nice and greatly appreciate his work.

My experience with Terminix has been a pleasant one. I received the services I needed immediately and the pricing was very affordable. The terminix professional who was sent to my home, Jerry Coker, was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and diligent. He was able to locate where the pest issues were and provided so much helpful information. Terminix has made scheduling visits and inspections very easy as well. I will consistently choose Terminix for any pest control needs.
