I first saw Austin Mason, our inspector. He was polite and helpful in trying to get us a better deal on the services that we might be interested in. 10/10. Then our technician, Charles (CJ) Allen came and took time to explain the services thoroughly, walk the perimeter of the property, and point out potential problem areas. Also 10/10. I will recommend Terminix to our friends and neighbors based on our first interactions.
They indicated that I have termite droppings which I could not identify. Thank you. My termite company is coming on Monday to check it out.
