Terminix is consistent and shows up every time they are called. They have 80% kept on their promises to keep the palmetto bugs from entering our home. Unfortunately, some still do make it in. As great as 80% is, it is still not 100%. I wish Terminix would take the time to find out where these Palmetto bugs were coming into my home and seal it up so that they can be at 100%. If they cared enough to do this, I would give them a 10 score!

Whenever I need Terminix they are there for me. The price for 79$ every 3 month or annually 300+$ is a good price for what they offer. Never had an issue with Terminix and hope they keep up the good prices in this pandemic the average person tries to survive and also by not being eaten alive by bugs so it is affordable.

The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, and told me everything he was doing. It went well.
My only question is....I called Terminix the week prior because I knew I was do for a treatment. The lady scheduled an appointment for Thursday. I then made adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate a Thursday appointment.
I received a text on Sunday evening from the technician that he would be doing my treatment the next morning. In this instance, I was able to be here on Monday for the treatment. I generally need more than a day in advance to be here for the treatment. I called Terminix after the technician left to cancel the appointment she had made for me on Thursday. She had no record of a scheduled appointment for Thursday. It was all so confusing. At least it worked out this time.
