Scheduling of appointments for different services is difficult. Someone just shows up and says they are here to do termite inspection, etc. with no notification. Our property is secured with electric gates and we may not even be home.
The one exception is Larry Price who does always tell us when he is coming and we can arrange accordingly. He also does a good job of protecting our home against pests,
My Terminex tech is awesome and thorough! He always contacts me ahead of a scheduled visit and after he is finished. He's also very personable and patient....answers any questions I have.

The reason for my score was your service technician, Joy. He has been servicing my home since I started with you and he is a really good guy who takes his job seriously, can answer my questions, and is just a good representative of your organization. It's very hard to differentiate your company based on the results alone. I think it is a competitive industry and I think most would provide similar results in the end. So the person doing the work is a big differentiator, especially for those customers who are home during the service call and who make the effort to talk to the technician. Take care of Joy!
