I have been using Diversified and now Terminix for many years. Doing the quaterly check has kept my home bug free. Also, Bond, who is my current technician is great to work with.

Our exterminator John has been servicing our home for about 20 years. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and goes above and beyond. He is efficient, offers good suggestions, and does not cut corners to try to make the visit shorter or easier for him. He has always been exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with my technician who is always ready to answer any questions & has a very pleasant attitude. Do have one issue which is: I am normally notified in advance of the upcoming application. No one contacted me prior to this visit.

I gave a 9 for good service - but it irks me a little that when I called about how high my bill was they immediately lowered it $40. If I would have just chalked it up to high prices everywhere and not called, I would have paid it. At the same time, I'm grateful and yet, if I am such a good customer (since 2003), then why not just give me a "You're such a great customer, so we are thanking you with a lower bill." I would have been much more thrilled. I'm sort of left with a, thanks, but now I'm skeptical.

Have been happy with the service but this time I didn’t receive notification they were coming on a Saturday & I did not receive a summary of services received.
