Have been with Terminex for 25+ years...great service and gets ahead of any kind of pest problem quickly and completely. The extermination people we have met over the years are consistently hard working, polite, and efficient at their job. Our present pest professional, Mike Redlon, is one of the best representatives we have had the pleasure to work with. He is professional, polite, and on top of possible future pest problems we may have. He ensures we stay pest free, which is difficult due to living next to a forest and being out in 'the country'.
Because the Tech arrive in his time range. He explained what he was going to do and did it. Alexander was polite and knowledgeable about the process and patient while I made sure my dog was not in his way.

Our technician is very courteous and very thorough.
My Terminix provider comes faithfully each quarter. He is always thorough and sends pictures of everything he sees.
This time the visit notification by the technician used the landline number to send a text. So we didn't get an advance notice but were home. I've since removed the landline number and only have a cell number listed.
We did not receive the post visit report via email of the pest service as we have in the past. I did go online this morning to retrieve. The survey arrived email so I know the email listed is working.
The techs are friendly and know what they are doing.
