I am happy with Terminix aside from one issue. The technician has been told that I work and he needs to be at my house around 9:00 to 9:30 am. He keeps setting up treatments in the afternoon when I am not home. as a result he can only treat the outside of the house, and I have to call to set another appointment for him to come back and treat the interior.
This is annoying
The process was pretty easy to get someone to come out and look at my problem and treat the pests.

Terminix, the company, has been hot and cold as I called a while ago about getting rid of coyotes on a property in the Coachella Valley where this is very common, and they did not even know of any other company to call to help with this nuisance.
