Ken Mullen is the agent that’s come by the house since I started the service a few months ago, and he’s done a fantastic job. He calls a few days ahead so that if need be I can be home, or let my wife know ahead of time that he would be coming by. He’s always prompt and gets right to work, and the few times that I’ve been home to speak to him, he’s a swell fella.
