The service and personnel (home techs and office staff), have always been very professional and helpful.
The one ongoing issue I have is that I receive Terminix notifications (via US mail), that my accounts are up for annual renewal with specified dates that are inaccurate. The document indicates that unless the account is paid as described, a lapse in coverage or services could be experienced.
I have confirmed with the local office (each year now for several in a row), that the mailed notifications and the message listed are not accurate and my accounts will renew at the annual time frame (Sept/Oct). However I begin to receive the request for renewal in the US mail around May of each year, and will get additional notices each month until Sept/Oct when I renew my accounts. These notices are misleading and should be corrected to reflect the actual month that my accounts are actually up for renewal.
