Always good service.
My technician is prompt, courteous and performs a thorough check of the front and back yard for ants, etc. He then provides a report of what was found and the treatment provided.
My tech is the best. Always friendly and helpful and in a great mood. Gets the job done with care and always ask is everything ok and are we seeing any critters. We are not because he is efficient at his job.
He is the best. I really appreciate him and I hope you all know what a valuable person you have in your employ. He def needs a raise. He is so dedicated. I would steal him away and hire him at my business if he ever leaves.

The company overall is wonderful. I love that I can call in between treatments if an issue arises and an inspector will come out and take care of the problem. We love our inspector, Chad. He is always kind and helpful and responds right away when something comes up.

I have already recommended Terminex. I have had a great experience with Howard PETERS as my pest technician. As far as my exclusion account that’s a different story. I request a specific technician and then I call to verify I am told the technician I requested is coming and then a day later someone else is assigned. Don’t like that I have to always verify who is coming. Don’t like it at all!! Terminex needs to give me information I can trust, I don’t have time to do their job!!!
Blake Mello was our tech and he was extremely pleasant and very thorough. He went through my entire house and yard to treat for carpenter ants. I appreciated the fact that he put the boot covers over his boots also before coming into my home. He was a great representation of your company as we are first time customers.
However, the other inspector that came, Matthew McGee came right into our home and never offered to put on the boot covers. This is offensive and rude! You don’t walk around someone’s house in your work boots! I will not be buying any additional services from him!
