We are pleased with the service we receive, however, we have told our service man MANY times that we wish to get a call ahead of time when he's coming to do service.
We prefer to have the inside of our home sprayed for bugs and if he comes when we are away this doesn't happen. Also, we may have other things going on at home at the time he arrives that make it inconvenient to have him spraying our property.
Our previous service man always called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving.

Kevin and Brian are the two technicians who visit my house most often they’re courteous or efficient and they get the job done when my wife was still alive and she had COPD. They were very sensitive and made sure they did not spray near her was very much appreciated.
