Good people good product. Weak tech support - website has inaccurate info. It took me a couple years to get my accounts on one page. Took almost as long for the auto pay to work on one of my acocunts. I had to call in to get it ficed. Bad IT.

The online system was super-easy and quick to schedule a follow up appointment. And our usual tech, Johnathan, showed up right on time and was attentive to our list of needs. He is always pleasant and takes a minute to explain how he is treating our pests and why.
