They are on time and they text to let you know they are on their way. They are courteous and they listen to all the issues you are having and address them. They will even come back if you are still having a problem. The always let you know what they find that could be a problem later.

The service tex was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to do. He also showed me pictures of holes where wasps were probably getting in. I was surprised that he didn't need to treat anything inside the house but he assured me that only the outside was needed.

The person I talked to about 2 weeks ago said the local office would call me within 72 hours to get me an afternoon visit. That never happened instead the tach. showed up about 8:30am on Saturday morning after he call and said he'd be here in about 20 minutes. The tech sprayed for wood boring bees on Saturday {2 days ago} but the bees are still here. I was wondering how long will they stay around?
