I've tried other services and terminix has consistently been the most responsive and reliable one. They seem to have gotten any pest issues under control, and the employees are always friendly and communicative.
Keenan, my technician, is always very helpful. He knows everything and more about Pests and critters. He always answers any questions I may have. Keenan is always willing to do extra if a need arises. I need more vendors like Terminix who can provide excellent service!
My Technician is the BEST! Sean (Dillard) is always helpful and pleasant and asks me what else he can do for the house. He came back the other day because of an ant problem and he'd just been here recently. I could not ask for greater help than that. Thanks to Sean!!

Fast friendly service
The technician was unable to re-arrange his visit time when I told him I had an appointment at that same time. I had informed him that I wanted to be here in order to show him an area of concern. Therefore, I got home just as he was finishing. I had left him a note describing what I would like done, and he assured me it was done. He was polite and personable. Other than that, I have been pleased with Terminix service.
