If all your technicians are like Chris, l would highly recommend Terminix. If you have a problem he gets back to you in a timely fashion. He answers all questions and concerns. He texts in advance to let you know when he is coming. He is very polite and does a great job.
Primarily because my technician who is very personable, knowledgeable about the service he is performing on my property, his advice and comments, and as important he always calls me to remind me of the date of service and then when he is near my home he calls again!He deserves a bonus and recognition!!!!!!

The person I talked to about 2 weeks ago said the local office would call me within 72 hours to get me an afternoon visit. That never happened instead the tach. showed up about 8:30am on Saturday morning after he call and said he'd be here in about 20 minutes. The tech sprayed for wood boring bees on Saturday {2 days ago} but the bees are still here. I was wondering how long will they stay around?
