Great classes and techniques

the yoga teachers are so inspiring and knowledgeable. The classes are an incredible workout but also very meditative. The energy in the studio is so positive and contagious!

Love the heated yoga classes with option to intensify the workout w/ sculpting and cardio burst.

The minute you walk up the stairs at the CorePower studio in Walnut Creek, the feeling of openness will overwhelm you. There are big windows, open floor plans, and friendly faces. When you walk into a yoga studio, you want to feel at home, not like you need to impress someone or like you're getting judged, the students and teachers are inviting. The classes I have taken have been different, but equally challenging and sweaty. CorePower was my first formal yoga experience in college right out of high school and I am so happy to have a studio close to me again. Cannot wait for more classes and possibly even the teacher training! Thank you, CorePower!

I love the teachers at Core Power in Walnut Creek. They are supportive and really care about what they do. I have been attending the Walnut Creek studio since it opened. I have noticed a change in how I feel physically and I have been embraced by the Core Power community.

It's a very calming atmosphere, and I really enjoyed yoga there.

The classes are challenging and fun at the same time. I also love how the rooms are heated and the variety of classes and times offered. It allows me to always fit a yoga class into my schedule.

The instructor was extremely authentic and made an effort to adjust postures and encourage people using their names. The actual studio was amazing and it felt very welcoming. The workout was excellent and I enjoyed the time holding poses.

I love the instructors! But I would like more classes in the morning. There's only a 5:30 AM class, and then no classes after that until 9 AM. I'd like to see 6:30 AM, or 7 AM, or 7:30 AM!

My instructor (Carol) was awesome! I really think the instructor makes or breaks the class--some are too interactive, some are not interactive enough but Carol was great. She also encouraged us to push ourselves but not take it too far which made me feel comfortable.

I like that there is a lot of positive energy. Loved my instructor as well. I also like that there are a lot of options available for class times and different classes.

The amenities are fantastic, the classes aren't overcrowded (like some of the other CP studios), and the instructors are very friendly.

I love the studio, I wish I lived closer, I would join. Every class I have taken has been a challenge and the instructors are great!

The instructor was great with demonstrating movement regressions and progressions. I felt very comfortable to move at my level!

The classes are great and so are the instructors

They have a variety of class times and types to make throughout the day. The teachers really care about you and help you get to your next stage in yoga. It's a very supportive environment for seasoned yogis and beginners.
