The instructors are so friendly, accomodating, and informed. There's so much passion for yoga in the space, it's hard to not fall in love. Class sizes vary based on time and day but are always comfortable and well managed. Each class is unique and each instructor put his or her own voice and passion into the flow. Can't help but keep going back!

I love the sculpt class! I never liked yoga before I came to corepower and tried sculpt. I'm more into athletic/challenging forms of exercise and sculpt was the perfect mix of challenging weight work and flexibility. I love the upbeat vibe of all the classes and the wonderful instructors. The studio is also beautiful and welcoming!

I love how friendly everyone is. The minute I walk in I am greeted very kindly and the energy is always positive. I also love how everything is clean. The bathrooms, the studios, the merchandise center. Everything is always clean and well kept. That is huge for me. Oh, and the classes are amazing to! :) There always a class based off how I am feeling. If I feel I can really push myself I do the C2 class, if I want some weights I sculpt, If I want a more relaxing session to focus on my body and wind down I do the C1.

I like the environment of the studio, feels like a spa. The instructors are very well prepared and consistent in their coaching.

As a beginner, the teacher Lisa G provided a class and instructions that were easy to follow. I have taken other classes at other places and felt overwhelmed by the movements and poses. Lisa made me feel comfortable and challenged me. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and experience and plan on making this a part of my regular fitness routine,

Great teachers!! Took classes with Carolyn and Katherine and they were awesome. I've been a practicing yogi for 4 years and think you're studio is the most challenging In the area. Def will take more classes there when I'm in the east bay.
