Sharon is the BEST!!!!! I was visiting the Bay Area from Los Angeles, and I knew that I HAD to make the trip out to Walnut Creek to see her for her C2. I wish I could've made it to her sculpt class (because she is seriously the best sculpt teacher), but at least I got her for her awesome C2!!!

Classes are at perfect times; teachers are amazing and so helpful; wish there was face wash because I swear a ton!

I really enjoy the class size and the flow each teacher provides. I never feel like I am not being challenged even when I take C1 classes. There is always a positive energy from the teachers and an environment that is very welcoming.

Everything is great!!! The only problem is that there are no morning classes-only very early and very late!

The studio is clean and I like that you can use any other studios with the black tag membership which is definitely worth it if you travel. The classes are challenging and hot so I feel like I get the same benefits of Bikram yoga but in less time with less "rules", and there are way more class options rather than just the same class offered only 4 times a day. There is also a good variety of classes for all levels and ones that include weight training for people who are looking for more definition. I absolutely love this studio!

Staff is wonderful- takes time to learn names, provide quality instruction, and create a welcoming environment. Retail area is great too!

I like that each studio has different products. This studio in particular always seems to have great deals (/promotions), which is awesome! The classes are fantastic. I'm a member mainly for the SF studio (I live in SF), but this is a great option when I head back to my hometown in the East Bay. And the studio itself is clean, bright, and lovely - like all corepower studios.
