Very nice and well train instructor
The HEAT!!! and Victor and his early morning energy. Tues and Thurs at 5:30 a.m. is a regular date for my co-worker and me. I especially appreciate that he changes music and routines to keep us on our toes. All of the classes at the studio are well-guided and energetic and each teacher offers a particular benefit. The sign-in is fast and easy and the women's dressing room is clean and tidy. I am loving this addition to Walnut Creek.

You have a very welcoming staff. I was late and frazzled, and Ash was a superstar -- she signed me in, calmed me down, and led me through a revitalizing class. In class, Ash's hands-on adjustments were super helpful. She struck just the right balance between humor and humility, and her gracious heart shined through it all. Many thanks for helping me find my calm!

The classes are such great workouts! I always feel amazing afterwards. All the teachers I've taken classes with have been great instructors. The only recommendation I have is to increase the number of Sculpt classes throughout the day. I would love to have one around 5:30 on the weekdays and one later in the morning on weekends.

I love the C2 class! It's an awesome blend of power yoga, sweat and fun!
Core Power Yoga Walnut Creek has a gorgeous studio with a boutique, great amenities, including showers and a water fountain with a bottle refiller. Both Jenni and Ashley are lovely, engaging instructors who made me feel super welcome right away. The classes are tough and detoxifying, and I will definitely be back!
The workout is great. Need more classes b/t 630-830 am and noon-330!
Small class size and some of the instructors are great.
The staff is so helpful and friendly. That is so important when you are new to yoga and a little concerned you won't be able to do it.
I believe yoga is a good addition to my fitness lifestyle but have never been able to enjoy it. The yoga scult has all the right ingredients that makes it a great fit for me. Yoga moves to help me strengthen and stretch muscles, fun music, faster pace, cardio, light weights for added challenge, heated room for a good sweat, and light hearted atmosphere! Love it!!!!

The most important thing is the classes offered in the evenings. Also, it is nice that all the classes are heated as that allows a deeper less injury prone session.

I love the sweat! I don't sweat easily and I love how that feels. Everyone is very kind and helpful, Im new to yoga! I would like to request that the schedule not always be the same every day, I like to alternate workouts. I can't make the 9 am class but would LOVE to do the weights class…maybe if it switched to 9:30 a few days a week? Or there was another time in the morning to take it, after 9 but before school gets out? Thanks!
The great staff and welcoming atmosphere. Intense classes but not overwhelming.
The Walnut Creek location was brand new, so it smelled good, was modern, and had plenty of room in the locker rooms and studios.
When I first came to Core Power, I had never done yoga up to that point. I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced my first class. The poses were difficult and strenuous, but also energizing. I left feeling physically exhausted, but mentally alert. It was a great workout!

Love the heated yoga classes and creative teachers. Nice new and clean facilities. Friendly atmosphere without hard monthly sales pitch. Flexibility with several bay area studios.
