Customer Testimonials
The school of rock program is a great program.
My daughter has her one on one vocal lesson where we have watched her voice become stronger through the years. Her vocal coach takes the time to check in with her as well! She’s learned to listen to the band and this truly is a team sport where the kids come together through coaching from some pretty fantastic directors. I’ve seen my daughters confidence grow over the past several years and that’s from the true dedication of the amazing staff. COVID has brought its challenges and the one constant has been the dedication of the staff caring about these kids and figuring out a way to keep the programs going safely. The staff is not only their as instructors they take the time to build relationships with the kids and know when they maybe having a rough week or our struggling and take the time to support them.
I like the detailed emails after each lesson. The teachers' comments are constructive but very positive and encouraging. They all seem to encourage a joy of music.
It is always an awesome good time!! Friendly, patient instructors and a great group of players of all abilities. I believe every time I’m in a grad school class I improve!
The staff is amazing and knows how to motivate teens. They have great passion which is passed onto students.
Kids practice on their own, no pushing required.
I like the instructors who are very knowledgeable and courteous, also its all about what you as a student put into it. These instructors help bring out my potential and guide me in the direction of mastering the instrument, in my case, the drums. The staff in general are both friendly and helpful with whatever questions I may have. Also lessons are reasonably priced.
I love the summer camp for those kids who aren’t sure about playing an instrument. They get to try a few out and see what interests them. My son was 8 when he went. He loved it and told us he wanted to play drums. We were hoping for guitar(drums are really loud) but he started lessons. Within 3 months we bought a full set! He is turning 16 in a month and has become quite the musician. He is a member of the house band and he went on a fabulous tour where they played in 7 different cities! He has gained so much confidence and is a really team player - love, love, love School of Rock!
The individual coaching and team building process. The teachers are fantastic. Management does a great job of figuring out the schedules too. The flexibility is perfect for us. It is a great environment for kids to learn.
Challenging, inclusive, and Louie is great.
Everyone is so friendly, and my daughter loves being able to play music that she loves. My only regret is not enrolling her sooner.
Quinn is a great teacher! The program is great and keeps my son excited about performing.
The staff is great. My daughter has learned so much in such a short timeframe. The experience would be greatly different without each and every staff member doing their small part to add to the lesson or performance.
The students learn what is like to be a apart of a group or "band" & rely on each other in order to play a song(s) .Learning to work together & help each other. The General Manager Chris Buhoveckey is great to work with & the instructors are the best, helping each student with their strengths & weaknesses, but most of all "have fun" playing the music !!!
We love School of Rock! The teachers and staff are so inspiring. It’s a great, fun place to learn — and the kids do learn a lot!
My son loves his weekly drum lessons and really looks forward to them.
The instructors are great and the Rock101 program has been so much fun for my son. He’s learnt to play music in a group and they’ve also composed their own song!
Katie loves the instructors and mix of students as well as the variety of musical options/experiences. As a parent, I love that Katie is becoming versatile by playing the electric guitar, acoustic guitar and ukulele, creating original lyrics and melodies, and is a fantastic vocalist. This is all thanks to the School of Rock in Strongsville!
We are new to the program but we are happy with it so far. My daughter is having fun learning how to play the piano
We love the teachers and the confidence it has built in my daughter. She can express herself and do what she loves.
Great feedback, love the weekly updates.
Great honest people that care about the kids and will adjust to help each kid
Flexibility, professionalism, love how it’s all about the kids/members development and comfort.
Great way to learn an instrument with live performances as goals to show progress!
They give young musicians an opportunity to play music in front of others. The music selections are great, my son likes nearly all of them and he likes his teachers too.
The staff and teachers
The instructors are all so fun and friendly to the kids. Having a positive environment is great! They really teach the kids confidence and showmanship as well. These are lifelong skills to use.
IN GENERAL: Fun environment; performance-oriented lessons, knowledgeable and supportive instructors, chance to work on music with other people and form new relationships
CURRENT SITUATION: great care taken about safety in relation to COVID-19 crisis; excellent adaptability in response to the crisis
I love the instructor Steve!
The environment, teachers and fellow students are supportive and inspiring.
We love the way your instructors teach kids to love music. They listen to what types of music the kids like and expand on that...it really is the best way for them to learn! Coming to School of Rock has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. My son has made forever fiends here and it truly does become family!
Teachers seem nice and talented and my son really likes it.
Performances were great!
