CPY is like a well oiled machine. Every state I visit and visit a studio, I know I'm going to have a great experience. I know the teachers are trained all the same, and as a student I appreciate knowing exactly what I'm getting for my money. Monika was a fantastic teacher and I really look forward to taking more classes with her. Lockers are cramped and I'm concerned about my valuables, but I'm sure the studio is aware of that struggle.

I liked how our yoga teacher actually talked with us before and after the practice. Other core power studios just do yoga and not care much about showing interest in their yogis lives.

CorePower Yoga keeps a very clean display both in the retail section, in the bathroom and in the studio. Instructors keep a calm voice and consistent pace of movement.
I've only been to the studio one time but I took the Sculpt class and had a really great experience - great instructor, challenging yet had opportunities to modify and go at my own pace if needed, great combination of yoga, meditation, cardio & strength training. And the facilities were clean and pleasant. Plus convenient location as I work downtown.
Nice club, but locker room is awfully cramped.
