Easy sign up process, rentable equipment

The practice at corepower has the perfect mix of meditation, stretching and strength training. I love the ambiance of the classes as well, low lighting, low volume music. I additionally love the fact that there are great facilities such as showers and lockers. It makes it easy for the city, yoga to work situation.

Everyone is really welcoming. The rooms are clean. The locker room is a bit crowded at times but always clean.

I love the sculpt class! It's an absolutely amazing class that works out your entire body and leaves you feeling refreshed and amazing. The upbeat music and awesome instructor set a positive tone for the rest of my day. Love doing this in the morning.

It is very conveniently located in downtown with ample class times. The music is awesome and there is a great variation in teaching styles and class levels. I recommend CPY to everyone I know!

ive been to various yoga studios and done many types of yoga but corepower is hands down my favorite experience. From the classes, the people and the top notch facilities, corepower is unmatched. The studios are clean and refreshing, there are nice showers and lockers with a digital lock so you don't have to bother having your own. The classes are very well instructed and challenging. I also love that they offer a high number of classes every day. Sometimes I get off work at 5, sometimes 6, sometimes 7. It's nice to be able to leave work at whatever time knowing there's a class I can go to that I love.

There are many classes to choose from throughout the day so it works well with anyone's work schedule. Studio is clean and locker room is well taken care of. All the teachers are great!

Hi! SO first I love Core Power and have been a black tag member for quite a while now. I do just to provide a little feedback that I hope you will welcome as I come about 4x per week and hear a lot of similar feedback in the studio and lockerroom. PLEASE start providing black tag members with free towels and mats. WE are a consistent and loyal source of income and I think this should be a perk of black tag.

Secondly I was a personal trainer for 10 years so I really appreciate the instructors that use the correct names for exercises and also the correct cues. Lately at Core Power Freemont Street in San Francisco the NEW sculpt teachers are a little green. They do not know anatomy and constantly refer to the wrong body part of exercise while demonstrating something completely different. Because I have an understanding of anatomy and body positioning I can correct on my own but I see others who are prone and ripe for injury. Please don't just run people through sculpt training. The instructors that are solid do such an amazing job and its for these reasons I am loyal. ALSO please add a 6am sculpt for San Francisco!!

However, I wish you'd offer Hot Power Fusion in the morning at 7 or 7:30 am. I love the HPF morning classes in the LA area!

The staff was very friendly and the facilities are beautiful!! Would love to return, but the monthly is a bit high for me. Although, that would not stop me from recommending to friends and family!

I've enjoyed my membership at this yoga studio so far, although I don't have much to compare it to as this is the first one I have belonged to. The instructors are very friendly, energetic, and encouraging. One thing that I like about this studio is that they offer a large number of classes each day, so it isn't trouble trying to fit a class into your schedule.

Calming and happy stafff

One of the best Yoga Venues I've been to. The instructors are great and the showers , changing rooms are clean.

I loved that our instructor took the time to give us pointers on Crow when she noticed that a lot of people were pretty close to getting it. Her tips were super helpful - I think i'll have it in my practice soon!
