I LOVE the sculpt class as it's different than any other yoga based class in the bay.

However, you guys NEED to add it to the morning schedule as that is the most convenient time for most tech employees in SOMA to work out.

The space and class variety are awesome.

Corepower yoga classes are the only classes that have given me the work out I crave and the hour break from the world that I need. I have been going to corepower for years and was so excited to hear that I would finally be able to practice in San Francisco. While I've still been doing yoga, nothing compares.

I like the rooms and the easy check in process, as well as the music in the classes. I also enjoy the heated environment and I have liked the instructors I've had so far. The changing rooms are very clean and well stocked with showering needs.

I do wish, however, that there were towels for showering for free. It's a little annoying to have to rent 2 towels (one for yoga and one for showering) so it would be nice if there were ones designated just for showering.

I like that it provides me with a very challenging workout, while also allowing me to reset my focus and center myself. Since May of 2013 I have been an advocate of the mental and physical benefits of practicing at CPY. Thanks

You have a beautiful studio. The classes are the perfect length and appropriately challenging - I am obsessed with the Yoga Sculpt class! All of the instructors are friendly and the music is great.

I like that classes are offered frequently and at a wide variety of times so that i can go before, during, or after work. I like the consistency of the workouts. I like the proximity of the studio to my work.

Very happy with the beginner level class. Just the right pace for someone intimidated by the practice of yoga. Very instructive on what how to do the poses and never felt pressure to overextend myself.

Love how physically challenging the classes are - it's genuinely a good workout and I like to take people with me who say yoga is "just light stretching" to show them how wrong they are!

I LOVE that you have lots of showers and two diffusers! As someone who works nearby, that makes it really, really convenient!

i love this studio! i started taking in denver, and was hooked. the classes are fantastic and challenging, and the instructors are knowledgeable and fun.

I love how friendly and professional everyone is at CorePower Yoga! I was so impressed with the classes, especially CorePower Yoga 2: Heated yoga with Weights. Such a great workout, great music, great energy. Loved the mix of cardio and strength training incorporated with yoga.

Great class, friendly staff, clean facilities.

The studio and locker room is very clean and the staff is friendly. The only thing I can criticize is that the studio got cold/not as hot as the class went on, so I wasnt able able to sweat as much.

I was in Oakland for the weekend and wanted to hit a yoga class before competing. The instructor was pretty wonderful and lead a C2 class that had a great flow that was both grounding and unique.

Great studio space and amenities, so far the teachers at the studio are good. There are some really great, strong instructors at other locations (Berkley, Denver, Boulder). I hope that the classes continue to develop as the studio gets established.

Awesome vibe, great workout, consistently good teachers. All around awesome- the ONE thing I'd complain about is some classes are painfully crowded.
