I like the thoroughness the instructors give when teaching the class. They are all very educated and helpful. I also like that they provide adjustments and advise... i need to work on my positions and so when they come by and give me pointers, thats what I am really paying for!

I love everything about core power. Every aspect of the space is so thought out and inviting; from the cleanliness of the studio rooms, the clothing and jewellery selections in the shop to the friendly staff, and the stocked locker rooms, the core power experience is one which I whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking to leave reenergised and inspired.

Sculpt is a great class - intense, comprehensive, a great workout. I love how much it makes me sweat, and how I feel afterwards.

Great classes and instructors! So friendly and foster a community of yogi's I want to be around. THis is the first yoga class I have ever been to where not one person rolled an eye or complained about moving their mats to squeeze others in. Instructors make helpful adjustments and kick your butt!
I love the classes and the teachers are awesome
I love corepower but there are things that would make the experience better. I'm a black tag member and often go twice a day. If there was a way for me to leave my mat there after my first class, that would be hugeley helpful. Also, the locker room needs a drastic change. This is nothing you don't know. It is just way too crowded in there, especially because half the lockers don't work and especially after the new year. Make studio 3 the mens locker room and expand the womens space!! Also - add another SF location. THANKS!
Big space - multiple yoga practices (I practice Bikram and Vinyasa typically). Great instructors, helpful staff.
