Great teachers!

First time experience. Excellent aesthetics walking in and everywhere inside. Nice greeting by front desk worker upon entry. Studio was clean. Instructor was knowledgeable, fun and led us through a great yoga session. Sometimes it was hard to follow her quick instruction, but i was able to look around at others for guidance. One drawback is there was nowhere to put my kids while i go to yoga. There used to be a kids club near by but it closed. Some places have areas for kids to hang out but i didn't see anything like that here.

It's been a while since I tried yoga last time but the studio was clean and the staffs were very friendly and I could enjoy a lot. Heather was really good at cheering up students and even though the contents were hard for me, I really liked my experience.

The instructors are amazing!

D'Andre was an amazing instructor. So inspiring with a great c2 flow. Worth driving to further studio to take his class! Also found great clothing marked way down.

Such a welcoming studio! I don’t live near a CPY any more and had a chance to visit on a business trip. Lovely class and lovely team members there. Thank you!

Core PowerYoga Redondo is a warm and welcoming environment. It is a safe place to unwind after a long busy day. The instructors are encouraging and supportive and inspire me.

Love the teachers and classes here. Plenty of parking if you go around the back and up the ramp. I always feel great after class!

The time, the instructor and location

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Facility was so beautiful and had relaxing atmosphere. The class I took at Redondo was amazing. Great amount of strength training, stretching, and relaxing. I totally wanted to fall asleep during savasana. Felt so refreshed!! Thank you!!! Definitely coming back to this class!

I love it here the teachers are kind and sweet and supportive they have diverse experiences and a variety of teaching styles which makes doing the same routine over and over more fun for example HPF is a set sequence but each teacher gives it a different feel and I like that otherwise routines get redundant. I love the unique set ups like nana restores with the sound healing it’s been such a healing experience got me and im so grateful for the team they make me feel like im at home and hanging out with friends, I appreciate that they take time to make connections before and after and build relationships, and are so genuine I especially love and appreciate George, healing vibes nana, eloquent and resilient Adam, the leadership in Racquel, and the very beautiful sweetheart Sasha. I honestly sometimes don’t even go for the yoga although I love it and have for twenty years, I find myself going up meet and hang out with these beautiful individuals who bring life to the practice and connect the practice to life.

The teachers, environment, the friends you make along the way

I love the Redondo location! There is plenty of parking and the teachers are great. I also like that we are not packed in like sardines. I’d love to see some 6307 am classes and more options for restore/csx classes!

This Corepower location is very calming once you enter. The room where C2 takes place is very spacious. Alison led classes are enjoyable and she provides a wide variety of poses that other instructions have not done in a long time. I always feel great after taking one of her classes.

The instructor was great, good structure and difficulty. I also really appreciated their comments at the start of class, it really hit the spot for me.

Nana is a very relaxing amazing instructor. I love her Core Restore class!!

I will recommend CorepowerYoga at Redondo Beach Lawndale to everyone. Its a great and friendly place with clean and safe environment to enjoy your workout.

This is one of the best CorePower Yoga studios I’ve ever been to it has such a family friendly feel the manager is a sweetheart all the teachers are very kind. They are knowledgeable and so sweet everyone really makes you feel cared for and they’re always happy to see their clients. They are very well educated and knowledgeable when it comes to yoga the teachers are so skilled because they have different sty of teaching and a lot of them have 10 years plus of yoga teaching experience and they are really really talented and very good at what they do a few particular people I really really love our Adam he is amazing. Also Nana she is absolutely an angel. She’s so wonderful she does this incredible sound healing ceremony that just resets the soul even their security guard Isaac is super nice and sweet. There are a few other teachers that I’m not mentioning by name but I love them very very much because they really make me feel , welcome and warm and treat me like their friends and family. This location feels more like a home. I love it so much that I go to practice almost every day and it’s the best part of my day I want to specially think the branch manager because she is so sweet and kind and makes it a point to touch base and check in and connect even though she is busy doing so many things as well as teaching so she is so incredible , thank you all very very much
