Great customer service and energy

The instructor was amazing!

I love the class led by Sasha.

I enjoy the classes but sometimes the music is too loud. The instructor speaks too softly and in a monotone level, cannot keep up with the instruction. I’m a second or two behind the pace. It would be helpful if the instructors used microphones.

Jessie's sculpt class was amazing! She motivated me and really included everyone in feeling like we were part of the class. The studio was clean and inviting. All the staff super friendly.

Thank you for now offering a c2 915 am class. It allows me to drop off the kids in the morning & get to a yoga class. Ayesha’s class was wonderful, too. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, relaxed, & uplifted.

(A 915 class also provides me time to take care of other things afterwards before having to start child pick up. Please offer more classes at this time!)

Randi’s Monday night CoreRestore & meditation is also a wonderful offering. It was just what I needed after running 7.5miles earlier in the day.

Classes are awesome, my favorite classes oare the yoga sculpt!

I have been to a few Corepower studios and I am impressed by the Redondo location. The teachers are great and there is more variety (less repetitive). I still would like more heated classes including heated sculpt!

First time trying yoga and it was the best! I really loved it. I felt so much better after my class! Would 100% recommend.

Kaelyn L was by far the best instructor my girlfriend and I have had!!!! Give her a raise or a promotion!! We will be attending whatever locations she instructs!

It's a full body workout in just an hour.

I love the variety of work-outs. All the teachers are amazing (George, Cayla, and Alison are the best!). Classes from morning to night make it very easy to get a work-out in.

good music, good vibes, good teachers, heat and humidity = amazing detox and mental/spiritual reset.
