I was a walk-in on Saturday 1/22 for the 10am Yoga Sculpt class, and was told how to download app and signed up for a 2-week trial. I took the class and was impressed how the class combined the yoga moves and stances and sculpting with weights. I regularly do strength and weight work 3-4 times a week, and this class was definitely challenging! I have never take a heat class, and it took a while to get used to but then it really enhanced the experience.

I love that there are so many different studios offering classes throughout the day. Samantha at Redondo and Aly on Torrance are both stellar teachers

Studio vibe, reception, warm welcome from teacher, focused instruction- great cues. Teacher was Challenging but also gave options and it was a core 2 class

The culture in Redondo Beach is a very positive experience. Grace does an amazing job managing the studio and all teachers provide great energy to the students.

I love the practice but sometimes I would like the volume of the music lowered so I can hear the instructor.

Challenging workout

I LOVE the hpf class so much! My absolute favorite. My only complaint is that some of the classes are not hot enough. And some of them are. I went 2x this week and the first one wasn’t hot enough and the second one was perfect.
