The cleanliness is great. There's always someone there cleaning/disinfecting. So far the instructors I've had are awesome.
Favorite location. Great teachers: Heather, Amanda, Nana, Adam, George. Spacious studio. Full locker rooms. Offers classes late night; would prefer more after 8pm.
I love how I feel during and after the classes. I always leave feeling strong and satisfied & I think the instructors really help with this. Mckenna and Giselle are my 2 favorite instructors and I try to go to their classes whenever I get the opportunity!

Always great energy, people and amazing instructors. The instructors push and challenge you mentally/psychically to go beyond your perceived limit. I particularly enjoy the Yoga Sculpt, CSX and HPF classes.

Alison instructed an awesome class with a lot of the C1/original poses that I have not heard in some of the other classes I have taken so far. I enjoyed the flow of the class with the clear instruction and directions.
Best studio and I've been to many. Great rooms, always clean, great class scheduling so you aren't trying to leave a room at the same time people are trying to get in.....just overall a good experience.
Megan is an excellent teacher. She explains well, her music is great and she is inspiring.

I love how this place opens up and welcomes me. Parking is easy. Its a great place to get in the right headspace and get a good workout. I know I can count on a consistent experience everytime I go, and if I need something that I forgot to bring its there for me to easily purchase. From a container of water, to a handtowel to wipe the sweat from my brow. Plus, the teachers are great!

So energetic. Love the music and it could be louder for my taste but not for everyone. Instructor provided great techniques, but I wanted to see how certain poses looked since I’m new to yoga. Over all, coming back again.
